OPENING HOURS
Our salons are open late every weeknight for tanning & beauty services. Core hours are 10am – 9pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 6pm on Saturday. Lisburn store also open Sunday 1pm – 6pm.
ARRIVAL
We would ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled start time so that your treatment can start on time. Please note that late arrival may result in the treatment time being reduced.
DEPOSITS
Deposits are required to secure bookings and will be used as part-payment against your bill. Deposits are fully refundable provided the terms of our Cancellation Policy are adhered to.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or amend bookings otherwise a 50% late cancellation fee will be charged. 100% fee applies if you do not attend a booking. Clients who do not cancel or show for a booking may be required to pay for their missed treatments and pre-pay for future appointments.
CHILDREN POLICY
Children must be well-behaved and supervised by an adult when visiting the salon and cannot be left with our staff due to safeguarding & insurance purposes. For health & safety reasons, children cannot be brought into treatment rooms unless they are booked for an appointment and are accompanied by an adult as there are hazards present including hot wax, chemicals & sharp objects.
MOBILE PHONES
Please switch off mobile phones when visiting the salon so as not to disturb other guests.
SUNBED LOTIONS
Oils, sprays and petroleum-based lotions are not permitted for use on our sunbeds. While some may be marketed for tanning, they can create a slip hazard and are difficult to remove between clients. Petroleum- based products can also cause damage to sunbed acrylics.
Products from brands such as Shine Brown and 2bTanned are not permitted for use on our equipment under any circumstances.
Only professional tanning lotions specifically formulated for sunbed use, and approved by Bronze, are permitted.
Failure to follow this policy may result in refusal of service, a ban from our salons, and charges for any damage caused.
SUNBED COURSES
Courses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be shared between clients. No refunds will be given on unused minutes.
If a client no longer wishes to continue, any remaining minutes may be transferred to another account at management discretion. The original expiry date will still apply.
We are unable to store sunbed lotions on behalf of clients.
NAIL TREATMENTS
If you have gel or acrylic nail products applied by another salon, please consult with our team before booking. As we cannot always guarantee compatibility with products used elsewhere, removal or infill may not be possible in all cases.
Our team will be happy to advise on the best approach to achieve the desired result.
TREATMENTS
If you are not satisfied with a treatment, you must notify us within 48 hours and return to the salon so that an assessment can be carried out. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
Refunds are not offered for treatments. Where appropriate, we may offer a corrective treatment or store credit at our discretion.
RETURNS POLICY
We take care to ensure all products sold are of the highest quality. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue. Products may be returned for inspection, and where a fault is confirmed, you will be offered a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your legal rights. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items.
GIFT VOUCHERS & COURSES
Gift vouchers and sunbed courses are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period.
